Return Conditions

You have 30 days from the purchase date to decide if an item is right for you. We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or any defective merchandise purchased on for return.


Please note that the following items cannot be returned: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, personal & health care, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets). And please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.


We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without communicating with us first.


How To Return

Steps are easy to follow:

1. Start your return by sending an email to us ( at first. Make sure our team has worked with you on the issue before you send the package.

2. In your email, you should send these information to us.

(1) Your Name

(2) Order Number

(3) Sku of the item(s) you would like to return.

(4) Indicate the reasons. (Can add photo attachments to explain)

3. We will check your email and reply to you within 24 hours. 

4. Securely pack the item(s) in a box or envelope.

5. Call the post office to arrange a collection or drop off at your nearest post office. (*Mail your return package using a traceable carrier.)

6. Send your return tracking number or a picture of return receipt to our team (



Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. The refund will be issued to you as a coupon code or the original payment account per your request. The coupon code can be used on your next purchase.


Returning shipping charges are non-refundable (we do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. delivery).


Note:The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
