How To Track

 

You may track your order after payment in your account.

 

And also we will send your order’s information via email. You can check these information in your email account.

 

Mobile:

1. Log in your VougeMic account.

 

 

2. In your account, you may get an overview of your order history and order status. Click "View" for more.

 

3. Click the “View”, you will get all the information about your order. Track number and track link of your package will also be showed in it.

Explanation of the order status:

(1) Pending: You have not finished the payment.

(2) Processing: You have finished the payment. And it will normally take 5-7 business days for preparation before shipment.

(3) Delivered: Your parcel has been sent and is on its way. You can use the track number to track your parcel via track link.

(4) Update: The parcel has arrived, please check your parcel as soon as possible.
